Choose a vessel. We recommend using a sturdy handled paper bag, canvas tote bag, or a high quality box.
Choose a beverage or two to include in each bag. Bottled water is a great option as it will save guests a trip to the hotel gift shop and be readily available for them after a fun reception and the following morning!
Include fun sweet and salty snacks! Everyone loves snacks! We always include local vendors in our bags to showcase Cleveland talent- Chagrin Falls Popcorn and King’s Nuts for salty options and Cocoa Joe’s and Malley’s for our sweet ones, just to name a few. Including one salty and one sweet satisfies all palettes!
Keep guests informed with all the details of your wedding weekend. We love a quick welcome note, event timeline, a contact phone number in case of questions, and shuttle or bus pick up times for the ceremony or reception.
Include a local map highlighting your favorite places! There is no better way to explore a new city then with a local’s recommendations. We suggest highlighting favorite restaurants, bars and shops so that guests can get a taste of your city while they are in town!
Don’t forget the Advil! You are throwing the biggest part of your life, after all!
